All Artwork (Paintings & Prints)
All original paintings and art prints are final sale. These items are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchangesdue to the nature of the products.
In extreme circumstances (such as significant damage during shipping or a verified issue with the order), artwork-related returns or resolutions may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Approval for any exception is at our sole discretion.
Merchandise (Apparel & Other Non-Art Items)
Merchandise items may be eligible for exchange only.

Refunds are not offered on merchandise.

Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with any original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue so we can assist you.
How to Request an Exchange
To request an exchange, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for the exchange. If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
